Return and Refund Policy
All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.
Product Defects
All parcels will be packed in a carrier box. If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive, please do not let the postman or the deliveryman leave:
- Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel on the same day you receive the parcel.
- Do not sign to accept the parcel, ask the postman or the deliveryman to return to us.
- Send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel within 2-3 working days.
2. If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the defect products after you open the parcel:
- Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service.
- We will do compensate within 2-3 working days.
3. If you found that the product received is not same with what you ordered:
- Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service.
- If we are shipping the wrong product to you, you can return it and we will send out the correct product to you within 2-3 working days.
