1. Our Courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within few working days as follows:
- 2 – 5 working days from the date of shipment within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
- 2 – 8 working days from the date of shipment outside of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
- 3 – 14 working days from the date of shipment within East Malaysia.
2. Shipment operation:
- Our daily shipment schedule is from Monday to Saturday daily.
- There is no shipment on every Sunday.
3. Shipment inquires:
- Delivery status will be updated by email, do kindly summit your email address during the payment to get updates on delivery status.
- For any urgent inquiries please do not hesitate to call or WhatsApp the hotline number 011-28625862 (Operation hour: 10AM-5PM).
4. Delivery Fees:
- RM10 delivery fee within Kuala Lumpur.
- RM15 delivery fee outside of Kuala Lumpur.
- Delivery fee within East Malaysia is depending on weight and location range between RM15 and above.
- Time to time we have delivery promotion hence do be aware of our new notice or social media platform where we announce the promotion.
5. Self-collect / Self-pickup:
- Our location is at 30,Jalan BPP 8/3, Bandar Putra Permai Seri Kembangan, 43300 Selangor.
- Available for self-collect /self-pickup by 10AM-5PM.
